"Ten Thousand Things" is a Buddhist expression representing the dynamic interconnection and simultaneous unity and diversity of everything in the universe.


Living Lives of Resistance Against WMD: Think Outside the Bomb Conference at UC Santa Barbara – August 16-19

Japanese hibakusha Shigeko Sasamori, will join global hibakusha Leimomi Kamiya from the Marshall Islands, and Claudia Peterson from Utah, and activists at "Inspiring Action for Nuclear Abolition" National Grassroots Conference on August 16-19, 2007 at the University of California, Santa Barbara.

Julia Moon Sparrow, of the Shundahai Network, Leimomi Kamiya, and Steve Lopez, will discuss "Indigenous People’s Resistance to Nuclear Colonialism." Erin Placey, of American Friends Service Committee New Hampshire, will present information on past year activities at the World Conference Against Atomic and Hydrogen Bombs in Hiroshima and Nagasaki, Japan.
